Terms and Conditions of Service
1. The Breadbox Channel is operated by Breadbox Computer Company of Hudson, Florida, as a courtesy, not-for-profit service.
2. Your use of the the Breadbox Channel indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Service.
3. You use The Breadbox Channel at your own risk. Risks may involve: Profanity and other inappropriate language in the meeting room. The Breadbox Channel has no control over the conduct and expression of visitors nor those of spammers and advertisers outside of the meeting room who may send so-called private messages to visitors.
4. You agree to use safeguards that you deem appropriate against improper language in the meeting room, such as leaving the meeting room or advising children not to visit the meeting room.
5. You agree to respect other visitors, not to use offensive language and symbols in the meeting room or not to behave in an illegal manner.
6. LIMITED LIABILITY. NEITHER BREADBOX COMPUTER COMPANY NOR THE BREADBOX CHANNEL OFFER YOU ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND INTEGRITY OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
7. You agree to hold Breadbox Computer Company and The Breadbox Channel harmless, and indemnify them, for any intentional illegal act you should perform in the meeting room.
8. If you are a minor, you agree to obtain your parents' permission to visit the meeting room.
9. These Terms and Conditions may be changed without notice. Print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference and visit www.breadbox.com for updated terms and conditions.
10. The Breadbox Channel is a free service but your visit requires internet access, a suitably equipped computer with software which you provide at your cost.
Privacy Policy
Neither The Breadbox Channel nor Breadbox Computer Company harvest your private data from the meeting room. Other visitors may have the ability to harvest personal information from you, and Breadbox Computer Company and The Breadbox Channel have no control over their actions.
The Breadbox Channel may, but shall not be obligated to, generate logs of visits which may be used to alert internet service providers and government agencies of illegal conduct of visitors in the meeting room.
