In its continuing effort to provide high quality add-on applications to users of Geoworks' GEOS technology based software products, Breadbox Computer has entered into a contract with D&A Software, Inc. of Westlake Village,California to jointly develop the required TCP/IP internet connectivity link missing from the GEOS 2.0 operating platform.

Targeted toward the existing and growing market of GEOS-based desktop and PDA users, the companies will be coupling the existing D&A Software technology to the new Breadbox "Web Magick" Web browser software. The D&A Software technology is currently available in D&A's WWW/LX Web browser product designed for the Hewlett Packard line of palmtop computing devices. Several successful compatibility tests have already been made by Breadbox and D&A.
